NOT Refund Condition

  • Once the digital services order is confirmed
  • You offer the wrong information or pick wrong options.
  • You place an order without meeting the service requirement(which is below product price)
  • Gift card and downloadable products

Refund Condition

  • Digital Product Options “not as described” – such issues have to be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. A detailed, clear picture evidence must be provided. All objections based purely on the customers’ false anticipations or desires do not meet the requirements for refunds.
  • Major or Critical Defects – Digital2buy tests every single digital product before release. However, unforeseen defects can surface from time to time. Claims for such errors must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Digital2buy reserves the right to correct such errors within 3 business days. If no remedy is supplied then the customer is entitled to receive a full refund on the purchase the following day.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your paypal and bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
